Injection

Elimination of cracks in concrete, by injecting under high pressure superfluid low-viscosity epoxy components and micro-cement.
Injection – A technology of restoration and repair of reinforced concrete, stone and brick building structures by injecting under high pressure superfluid low-viscosity epoxy components and micro-cement into cracks through pre-installed injectors. It does not only restore the integrity of the structure, stopping the internal involvement of oxygen and moisture but also cement its parts, contributing to the normal transfer of internal forces to the structure.
Cracks, joints, voids and pores are filled with injection materials. Spreading in the body of the structure, they make concrete and brickwork stronger, firmly fastening and sealing even the thinnest cracks. Epoxy and polymer-cement repair compounds are used, as a rule, for cracks with different opening widths.

This technology in construction has gained its popularity relatively recently, but has already established itself as an effective method of restoring the physical and operational characteristics of concrete and stone structures.
Scope of application:

In buildings of industrial, cultural, domestic, public and residential use with reinforced concrete or stone structures requiring restoration of the integrity of beams, columns, walls, lintels, floor slabs, etc.

Injection works are realized in the following steps:
  1. Identified problem areas are prepared; cracks are polished along the entire length.
  2. Jointing and caulking of cracks or joints are carried out with the repair compound.
  3. Injection holes (openings) are drilled crossing cracks, and packers are installed.
  4. Preparation of repair materials (polymer cement, epoxy, polyurethane compounds).
  5. Injections of the repair compound are carried out with constant monitoring of its pressure and flow rate according to the project or until the "failure".
  6. Tool cleaning
  7. After polymerization of the mortar, the packers are removed; the holes are choked with a plugging repair composition.
