Strengthening design of load-bearing structures with composite carbon materials
Structures strengthening design is a key stage preceding the strengthening and renovation work. In this stage, important decisions are taken, like the choice of the material as well as the plan of structure strengthening, in order to obtain the optimal solution for the task.
The technology of external carbon fiber strengthening is very variable and has many advantages both in terms of design and in direct application. FibArm is an external strengthening system used to solve several problems related to deficit of structure bearing (load-bearing) capacity, its deterioration, excess bending or damage. Carbon tape is a construction material that can be implemented effectively for various tasks, solving them completely and rationally regarding technical, esthetical and economical aspects.

Experts of the design department in "Compozit" have the knowledge and experience needed for the calculation and development of structure strengthening projects, using composite carbon materials (carbon fiber, fiber lamella).
