FibArm Tape 230/300
A distinctive feature of the external reinforcement system made of composite material is a very high tensile strength with a tape thickness of only 0.128 mm. The material is resistant to any aggressive environments.

The technology of external reinforcement using carbon tapes will allow to solve a whole range of problems associated with the loss of the structural bearing capacity, thereby not only restoring existing deficiencies, but also increasing the bearing capacity in the shortest possible time and with significantly lower labor costs in comparison with traditional reinforcement methods.

The system will increase periods between renovations, as well as significantly increase the life-time of all structural elements.

Main features:
Universality of application, including corner joints, as well as curved surfaces
Simplicity of application and quality control
Lightweight and insignificant thickness, strengthening system does not create an additional load on construction
Corrosion resistance
Ability to perform repairs without interrupting the operation of buildings or structures
No additional costs for further operation .
Manufacturing technique:
FibArm fabrics are made from carbon fibers obtained in an inert environment by high temperature exposure to organic fibers.

Packaging:

Cardboard box. In the box 1 roll 100 RM Minimum order quantity - 1 roll.

Warranty period of storage:
Guaranteed shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. After the warranty period, it is necessary to conduct repeated tests for compliance with the requirements of the technical conditions, after which the fiber can be used.

The reinforced surface must be strong, without obvious defects and irregularities. The surface must be sanded, dedusted, apply a pre-mixed epoxy compound, and then carefully lay the fiber without wrinkles, irregularities and peelings. After laying, it is necessary to roll the tape along the direction of the fibers. In the process of rolling, the tape is saturated, so it should be carried out uniformly over its entire surface. After applying the top coat of epoxy, the tape should be slightly sticky to the touch, but without a clearly visible adhesive layer on the surface of the tape. Excessive epoxy must be carefully removed.

Storage and transportation:
Storage and transportation of fiber must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 25388. It is also necessary to store carbon fabrics in the package, not exceeding a humidity of 85% and a temperature of at least 10 ° C.
