Strengthening of reinforced concrete bridges and overpasses.

Beam strengthening:

1- The beam stretching area in the region of the lower surface with a bend is glued over the entire length using horizontally directed one-piece ribbons made of FibArm Tape (composite material).

2- Gluing of "U" -shaped clamps made of FibArm Tape composite material, at the beam support zone for the purpose of perceiving shear force.

Strengthening of ribbed slabs:

1- The lower plane of the ribs of monolithic floor slabs in full length and width (can be bent to the side face) is glued with tapes made of FibArm Tape composite horizontally directed. The calculation of the number of layers is based on the data of the load-bearing capacity.

2- The supporting area of the monolithic slab to withstand the shear force is glued with U-clamps made of FibArm Tape (unidirectional composite).

3- There is the possibility of gluing the transverse ribs of a monolithic slab using the same horizontal tapes, as well as installing clamps to fixate on the edge of the vertical ribs.

Strengthening of reinforced concrete planks (hollow core slabs):

1-The lower plane of the floor slab in the entire length of the longitudinal direction is pasted over with solid tapes made of FibArm Tape composite horizontally directed material. In this case, the step size in width is greater than the height of the slab multiplied by 2. The calculation of the number of layers is based on the data of the load-bearing capacity

2- In order to provide additional grip and structural rigidity, the tapes are transversely glued from FibArm Tape in the area of the base plate



Strengthening of reinforced concrete, monolithic and brick columns:

Arrangement of continuous or discontinuous column heights of horizontal casing made of FibArm Tape composite material, all over the entire perimeter of the cross-section with an overlap (200 mm). Such a constructive solution increases the strength and load-bearing capacity, creating a volumetric-stressed state of concrete.

FibArm Tape composite can be glued around the entire perimeter in several layers without loss of effectiveness.
